Account Registration Information: When you create an account or register for the Service, OraClaim collects basic Personal Information such as name, email address, phone number (if provided), and company details. This information is necessary to set up your account, provide you with access to the Service, and communicate with you regarding updates and account support.
Confidential Information Storage & Handling: OraClaim may, at Customer’s request, collect, store, and process Confidential Information belonging to Customer and/or Customer’s third-party clients or litigation/dispute resolution adversaries, for purposes of delivering Customer-desired Outputs. Such Confidential Information, when collected and stored by the Service, may be shared with third party software providers to generate Outputs within the Service. All storage and processing of Confidential Information by such third-party providers is done pursuant to their own terms, conditions, security, and privacy policies. You expressly agree that OraClaim shall have no liability or responsibility for their compliance with such policies. While in custody of the Service, all Confidential Information is protected by the data security measures and retention policies outlined below.
Usage Data and Metrics: OraClaim collects anonymized usage data and metrics related to your interactions with the Service, such as user requests, activity logs, feature utilization, and generalized document types. This Aggregated Data is collected for the purpose of improving and optimizing the Service, identifying areas for enhancement, compliance monitoring, and troubleshooting. No Aggregated Data includes Confidential Information.
Platform Health Metrics and Telemetry Data: OraClaim collects basic platform health metrics and telemetry data, which cannot be disabled, to monitor the performance and reliability of the Service, identify potential outages or issues, and ensure reliable service delivery. This data does not include any Confidential Information and is used exclusively for internal monitoring and maintenance purposes.
Your Right to Access and Correct Personal Information. To the extent we collect your Personal Information, you have the right to reasonably request access to, and the ability to correct such information and OraClaim will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to grant such access provided such information remains within its control.
OraClaim does not sell, trade, or rent your Confidential Information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
OraClaim may share limited account identification details with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating, maintaining, and providing technical support for the Service. This sharing is solely for the purposes of facilitating service delivery, troubleshooting, and addressing technical issues. Upon the termination of your subscription, OraClaim will securely erase your data from our systems within 60 days, except when legally obligated to maintain records or for purposes of commercially reasonable backup and archival procedures.
